Key Responsibilities :
Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to our diverse clientele.Develop deep knowledge of our artisanal ramen, sake, and new small plate offerings.Maintain seamless communication between the FOH and BOH (Kitchen) teams.Integrity : Accurately handle transactions and adhere to all operational and safety protocols.Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.Knowledge : Passion for Japanese food and beverage (Sake / Beer knowledge is a plus).Professionalism : We value honesty, punctuality, and a positive team-first attitude .Availability : Flexible availability for both lunch and dinner shifts, especially during our April relaunch.Must have a valid California Food Handler Card and LEAD certification (for alcohol service).How to Apply :
