District Six Transportation Support Procurement Services Contract Analyst III
This position will perform and conduct contract actions, including but not limited to auditing consultant submittals, preparing contractual documents, processing various types of amendments, funding authorization letters, etc. for various types professional services contracts such as planning, design, construction engineering and inspection, etc. in accordance with Section 287.055, F.S.

A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $1,248.00 will be added to the annual salary.
Your specific responsibilities will include reviewing negotiations preparation checklists, conducting contract fee negotiation meetings, preparing consultant agreements, contract amendments, and task work orders, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes and policies.
The successful candidate will have the following required knowledge, skills, and abilities : knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet, database and personal computer applications; skills in various procurement methods, contract types, and contract requirements; and the ability to interpret procurement rules, communicate effectively, perform mathematical calculations, and understand documentation of payment information.
Minimum qualifications include five years of experience in non-professional or professional business settings, with the possibility of substitution for Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) and Engineering Intern (E.I.) license or post-secondary education.
