Job description???? Role Summary : ???? Responsibilities : Manage commercial projects from award through closeout Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop Conduct job site visits (12x weekly) Assist with estimating on a limited basisEngage with clients and potentially bring in new business ???? Requirements : 510+ years in doors, frames, and hardware (DFH) Proven experience managing large?scale construction projects Comfortable in a fast?paced, small company environment Excellent client communication and on?site presence Local candidates strongly preferred ???? Tools Used : SpecWorks (hardware) FileMaker (submittals) No current formal PM software ???? Compensation Structure : Target range : $130K$160K (Base + Bonus) Structure may be adjusted based on experience and value brought

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects . Ideal candidate is locally based , hands?on, and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.
