Transition Order Specialist

A company is looking for a Transition Order Specialist responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing orders related to company acquisitions and payer transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate transition orders for accuracy and compliance with guidelines

Verify supporting documentation and ensure orders meet billing standards

Coordinate with various teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth order transitions

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent

2+ years of experience in DME healthcare order intake or medical billing

Proficiency in EMR / order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors in documentation

Prior experience with conversion order processing is preferred
