Job descriptionHandle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders Assure all materials orders are executed Daily project paperwork Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines Maintain work flow and strong relations with subs Maintain and organise field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc ) Coordinate subcontractors Partake and actively participate in company training sessions Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites Degree in Construction Management or related degree 1+ year of General Contracting experience Experienced in occupied space projects a plus Strong written and verbal communication Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility Competitive salary & bonus commensurate with experience - salary typically between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience Full support needed to grow & enhance project management skills Full benefits package Clear development & growth plan Advancement opportunities within the organisation - fast track to Project Manager Excellent work / life balance with 20+ days of PTO Laptop / Ipad and cell phone provided Vehicle allowance Opportunity for Community engagement Annual bonus DE&I initiative
