We are seeking experienced and versatile Multi-Trade Technicians. The ideal candidates have hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance . This is a great opportunity for a skilled trades professional who enjoys a variety of work and solving different challenges each day, or if you are skilled in one specific area.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and other building equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.

Complete general building tasks including carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely.

Maintain accurate work logs and report completed tasks.

Respond promptly to service requests and work orders.

Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience in multiple trades or one specific trade such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.

Knowledge of maintenance best practices and troubleshooting methods.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Certifications in HVAC or electrical work are a plus.
