Support Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Support Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT, file transfer protocols, and troubleshooting critical incidents. This role requires working in evening and night shifts with on-call support.

Rate Range : $49.24 / hour to $64.39 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Specialist job responsibilities include :

• Provide support for Globalscape EFT and Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems.
• Configure and manage file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and DMZ, RAM, AWE setups.
• Resolve P1 and P2 issues within SLA timelines, ensuring no breach.
• Create accounts, configure event rules, connection profiles, key pairs, and troubleshoot related modules.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for file transfer issues.
• Handle tickets independently and ensure resolution without escalations.
• Use tools like Putty, WinSCP, and FileZilla for file operations.

Pay Details : $49.24 to $64.39 per hour
