WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR SHIPPING AND RECEIVING INVENTORY MANAGER :

  • Working from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime required to meet business needs
  • Managing daily plant operations, enforcing safety protocols, and overseeing shipping, receiving, and freight staff
  • Coordinating shipping operations and reporting any issues to the plant manager
  • Training staff and supporting their development
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Upholding a safe, clean, and positive environment
  • Preparing finished tanks for shipment and placing them on pallets
  • Operating machinery like forklifts and cranes to move tanks and trailers
  • Weighing packages for invoices and bills of lading
  • Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods and reporting defects
  • Transferring products, objects, molds, and parts to designated areas
  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining spray foam equipment

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Some higher education
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Professional management experience
  • Knowledge of boom crane operation and related hand signals
  • Willingness to learn more and actively participate in on-the-job training
  • Ability to identify and interpret specification sheets
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., lift 20 lbs. overhead, wear PPE, and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math skills
  • High school diploma
