Job Description :

Monitor updates to M365 products within the Government Community Cloud (GCC).

Analyze and evaluate the impact of product updates on the States M365 tenant.

Review configuration options and recommend settings that align with state policies and standards.

Create technical documentation for both technical teams and end users.

Participate in working sessions with the M365 product team and Microsoft resources.

Collaborate with the Enterprise SharePoint team on daily support for SharePoint Teams Power Automate and other M365 tools.

Requirement : Experience 3 5 years

M365 Administration and Configuration experience (preferably in GCC).

Preparing clear and detailed technical documentation.

Ability to assess and communicate product change impacts on enterprise systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Experience with SharePoint and Teams content management.

Familiarity with Power Automate and other M365 applications (Planner OneDrive Outlook Forms Loop Viva Engage).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Bachelors degree (minimum education level).
