Position Overview :

This role involves assessing, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on progress towards discharge. You will play a crucial part in delivering compassionate and competent care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote the well-being of patients across various units.

Salary Range : $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Hourly Range : $36.73 - $60.93

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments while ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Assess and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care tailored to patient needs.
• Provide primary care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Guide and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.
