Qualifications
Education : Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.Licensure : Active New York State NP License (Required).Certification : Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (Required).Experience : Open to new graduates.Technical Skills : Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning; EHR competency.Soft Skills : Compassion, strong critical thinking, excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.Key Responsibilities
