Status : Full-Time (36 hours per week)

Location : Belle Mead, NJ

Salary : $42.19 - $57.76 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an Intensive Treatment Psychiatric Unit in New Jersey. This full-time evening position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to helping patients achieve better mental health and overall well-being.

As part of a collaborative care team, you will provide safe, individualized, evidence-based nursing care while supporting patients and their families through challenging times.

Key Details

  • Schedule : Evening Shift (2 : 45 pm- 11 : 15 pm)
  • Shift Differentials :
  • Weekday Evenings : +$3.00 / hour
  • Weekend Evenings : +$3.00 / hour
  • Weekday Nights : +$5.00 / hour
  • Weekend Nights : +$5.00 / hour
  • Weekend Work : Every other weekend
  • Holiday Work : Three out of six major holidays
  • On-Call : Not required

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (required).
  • AHA BLS / CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
  • BSN in progress or willingness to complete within 3 years of hire.
  • At least 6+ months of relevant nursing experience OR current participation in a Nurse Residency Program.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage high-stress situations with compassion.
