Job descriptionBCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or chase insurance. Practicum students and interns assist your caseload. You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training. Owners are not involved in clinical decisions. You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director. SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training. SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements. SOS does not require training payback agreements. SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval. Leadership and mentorship opportunities available. Opportunities for you to move up to Clinical Director or Regional Director as your employer opens new locations. Option of transferring to a different location, in the event that you need to move away. If you ever want to retire from clinical work, you will have the unique opportunity to open your own franchise! Salary $80,000-$95,000 (depending on experience). 20-day paid time off. 10 paid holidays. 401k. Medical Insurance allowance up to $300 / month. The company paid for BLS / CPR certification. The company paid for the QBS Safety certification. CEUs Allowance. Performance Reviews every 6 months.
