Come join an amazing team of BCBAs. Guaranteed salary $85,000-$100,000 not dependent on billable hour incentives. In-clinic only with regular daytime hours Monday-Friday. Manageable caseload (8-10). Option to work from home one day per week!

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work :

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, handle HR tasks, or chase insurance.
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.

    • Supported, Not Micromanaged :

  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.
  • You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director.
  • SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training.

  • SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements.
  • SOS does not require training payback agreements.
  • SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

  • Salary $85,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)
  • $10,000 sign on bonus after 120 days of employment
