Summary :

As a RF Staff Engineer at Microwave Products Group - Pole / Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing technical leadership to develop, integrate, and support RF products across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Additionally, you will guide cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and functional teams to meet organizational goals and Key Performance Indicators.
• Lead product development efforts, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Define product roadmaps and support business development by proposing innovative solutions.
• Prioritize customer needs and guide opportunity introduction and program direction.
• Design high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI / EMC, and reliability.
• Oversee product design through the lifecycle to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
• Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure product success.
