Job Description
Our Beaumont office is seeking a professional and motivated Case Manager to oversee daily operations and support our delinquent tax collections program. While this role does not involve direct staff supervision, it requires strong leadership in managing collection program activities and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Key duties include reviewing the delinquent tax roll, coordinating mailings, ordering titles, monitoring collection workflows, and working directly with taxpayers to establish and manage payment agreements. The Case Manager will also collaborate with legal counsel to help achieve departmental goals. This position serves as a primary liaison to the Tax Assessor-Collector, as well as staff in the Tax Office, Sheriff’s Department, and District Clerk’s Office, providing consistent communication and client support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

- Salary : $36,400 – $39,520 annually / $17.50 – $19.00 hourly, depending on experience
