K-12 Construction Superintendent

Overview

REEDER is a Construction Management firm specializing in institutional construction and we are looking for a new talent. If you are a driven Superintendent looking for a change, we would like to speak with you. The role is to oversee construction projects primarily focused on Municipal and K-12 education facilities within the Dallas Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects focused on Municipal and K-12 education facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, from pre-construction to completion.
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project or MS Excel.
• Organize site progress meetings, compile meeting minutes, and conduct pre-construction meetings.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Provide leadership to field personnel and subcontractors; manage owner expectations; apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers and communicate effectively with management, employees, customers, and vendors.
