Job Description

Amaze ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an open case in Montgomry VLG , MD (21221) . This role involves providing 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Candidates who complete all onboarding steps within 48 hours of receiving an offer will qualify for a $100 sign-on bonus .

Primary Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Provide 1 : 1 in-home or community-based ABA therapy

Accurately collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data

Maintain session documentation using CentralReach

Attend regular supervision sessions as required for RBT maintenance

Qualifications

Active RBT certification (in good standing with the BACB)

Reliable transportation

Ability to follow clinical protocols and professional guidelines

Strong attention to detail and documentation standards
