Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Dayton, TN. This contract opportunity spans the school year and requires onsite work with students presenting more severe speech and language needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide therapy services to students one day per week, preferably on Thursday or Friday
- Deliver direct therapy from 8 : 30 AM to 2 : 45 PM focusing on students with significant communication disorders
- Manage a caseload in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
Qualifications :
Valid Tennessee Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licenseExperience working with pediatric populations in educational settings, especially students with complex needsStrong communication skills and ability to tailor therapy plans effectivelyWork Schedule :
