Job descriptionAssist with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents Manage probate and estate administration files Draft and review residential and commercial real estate agreements and closing documents Support corporate clients with incorporations, shareholder agreements, and ongoing legal compliance Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and court filings Attend client meetings, closings, and court appearances as needed Collaborate with senior counsel and administrative staff to ensure smooth file management and excellent client service
