Care Concierge Agent

A company is looking for a Care Concierge - Midday.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient experience by serving as the primary contact and coordinating appointments

Provide product support by acting as an expert on the Clinic App and handling multi-channel patient communication

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies while troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in healthcare preferred

Familiarity with Epic, Salesforce, G-Suite, Jira, and Slack

Ability to work flexible hours, including midday shifts

Empathetic and organized with strong technical troubleshooting skills
