Manufacturing Engineer - Data Center Programs
As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead supporting Google's DCTS team, you'll assist in scaling and optimizing the production of physical infrastructure components used in data centers. You'll support process development, tooling coordination, and vendor engagement to ensure manufacturability and efficiency. Your role will include conducting feasibility reviews, supporting production builds, and helping validate quality and reliability standards. You'll work closely with design, supply chain, and operations teams to provide technical input and documentation in a supporting role.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or hardware development. Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Familiarity with DFM principles and tooling design. Experience supporting production builds and vendor coordination. Strong documentation and process validation skills. Experience with infrastructure hardware (e.g., racks, cooling systems, switchgears). Experience in Project / Program Management. Prior contractor experience in tech or industrial environments. Understanding of Google's internal workflows and tools.
Turner and Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
