Director of Music Partnerships Job at Music Jobs US in New York

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Director of Music Partnerships to help lead our Direct Issuance efforts across concerts, festivals, and major live music properties in North America. Your mission : secure direct ticketing partnerships with promoters, venues, festivals, and artists — from large-scale national tours to emerging live event brands.

Must have 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or live entertainment sales — with significant experience in music, live events, or festivals.

Strong understanding of the North American live events ecosystem — including promoter operations, festival economics, and ticketing dynamics - required.

Location : New York, NY (or Santa Monica, CA)

Duration : Full-Time

Pay : $180,000 - $210,000 / year
