Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal standards
Manage day-to-day employee relations activities, including investigation and resolution of workplace concerns
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal employment laws and participate in audits and compliance reviews
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a general HR focus role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
