Assistant Director, Financial Aid (Federal Aid)
This position is responsible for administering the operations of federal financial aid. Efficiently and effectively handles all daily operation issues as it relates the packaging, awarding, and reporting of Title IV funds. Ensures compliance with college standards, policies, and guidelines while scheduling, training, and supervising those reporting to this position within the operations team. Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred. Minimum Experience / Training : Five years of experience in financial aid Title IV processing, with three years in a supervisory or lead capacity required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
