We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the firm. The Senior Financial Analyst is an experienced member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team who provides full financial support to office and departmental administrators at all levels of the organization.

Specific Duties Include (But Are Not Limited To) :

• Manage the preparation, coordination and review of office and department financial processes
• Annual business plan - establish a strategic plan based on historical data and validated assumptions
• Monthly and quarterly forecasts - use qualitative and qualitative methods, including regression analysis, sensitivity analysis and business models to analyze trends and establish accurate forecasts
• Periodic business and management reviews
• Identify and incorporate key planning factors into the budget and forecast processes to ensure quality benchmarks
• Analyze the key business metrics relating to productivity and the P&L in order to drive continuous improvement
• Review and report monthly and quarterly variances to Plan and Forecast including risks and opportunities thus enabling Senior Management to understand key business drivers
• Compile financial and operational data; preparing monthly reports for management to support opportunities and initiatives the leadership team is considering
• Prepare ad hoc reports
• Provide financial information and analysis for inclusion in management presentations to complement / support / clarify summary data and better inform the leadership team
• Enforce adequacy of business transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures with regards to financial planning

Compensation Salary $97,000 - $182,000

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
