Senior Vice President (SVP) Controller

Compensation : $250,000 - $300,000 USD + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) Controller to join our finance leadership team within the manufacturing industry. This role is critical for overseeing all aspects of financial management for a publicly traded company, with a strong emphasis on SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in GAAP, public company filings, and internal controls, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Manage SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain SOX compliance.
• Drive key finance projects such as standard costing, intercompany standardization, and ERP implementation support.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, carve-outs, and divestitures.
• Manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
