Nursing is what we do! Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a full-time RN House Supervisor - working Monday - Friday, 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am .

What you need

Active Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Maryland.

Prior experience working in LTC facility, supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The RN Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence. The RN Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and / or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates night shift employees.
