What You'll Do :
- Provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on culturally responsive care from intake to service completion
- As a Youth Services Program team member, work with youth at risk of involvement or already involved in the juvenile justice system to recognize and change unproductive and self-defeating patterns of behavior
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure contracted goals are successfully met
- Participate in monthly meetings and foster interagency collaborations to enhance program impact
- Manage a caseload within Outpatient services, ensuring timely and effective therapy delivery
- Document all case notes accurately and in accordance with agency guidelines using our Electronic Health Record system and Youth Services Program tools
- Complete daily activity reports, weekly schedules, quarterly summaries, and time sheets per agency policies
- Deliver clear, concise, and professional communications both verbally and in writing
- Contribute to quarterly quality assurance efforts, record reviews, and reporting to ensure high standards
- Develop client-centered treatment plans and provide timely progress updates
- Maintain compliance with all state confidentiality laws, child abuse reporting laws, and ethical standards
- Support the agency's goals and participate in meetings and trainings to enhance program operations
- Participate in self-reflection and professional development to continually improve practice
What We're Looking For :
Licensed Clinician with a Master's degree (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, etc.)Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) requiredExperience in providing therapy services to children, adolescents, families, and adultsExcellent communication skills-both verbal and writtenElectronic Health Record system experience is preferredKnowledge and experience with evidence-based treatment modalitiesFlexibility to work evening hours to accommodate clients' schedulesA passion for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentWhat We Offer :
