Marketing Manager- In Office

Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and expand their in-house marketing team. This leadership role oversees branding, social media, events, and CRM strategy, while managing a team of four marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee company branding strategy and execution
• Manage and grow social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Plan and supervise marketing events to enhance company presence and engagement
• Lead a team of 4 marketing staff members, ensuring accountability and growth
• Drive CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Director of Operations and Owner
