Tax Senior - Corporate Return Specialist (cpa firm)

A CPA firm is currently seeking a Tax Senior who has significant experience with Form 1120. Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate / business tax returns, Form 1120.
• Prepare tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes, for both federal and states.
• tax returns for accuracy, minimization of tax liability, available tax credits, and tax provision. Requirements :
• CPA or EA
• Strong tax research and tax planning skills
• Experience with preparation of corporate / business tax returns, Form 1120.
• Experience with Preparing tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes, for both federal and states.
