A company is looking for an Archives Records Specialist I to support records management and archiving activities within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sort and organize physical records for cataloging and archiving
Create detailed inventories and gather metadata for records using Excel RMA sheets
Enter and update records in the Records Information Management System (RIMS)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
0-2 years of experience in records management, archiving, or clerical work
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Ability to lift boxes or containers weighing up to 25 pounds
Adherence to safety and compliance guidelines in office and warehouse environments
