Must-Haves :

Experience marketing to medical or dental practices

Proven success managing and growing social media accounts

Strong copywriting and content development skills

Experience with outreach or partnership building, especially with influencers or industry affiliates

We partner with medical and dental practices to help them access Research & Development (R&D) tax credits they may not realize they’re eligible for. As we expand nationally, we’re seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist with healthcare or dental industry experience to elevate our digital presence and establish our brand as a trusted authority.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms

Create high-quality content including posts, articles, emails, and blogs tailored to medical and dental professionals

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, associations, and industry partners

Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach and conversions

Support consistent brand voice across all digital channels

Assist with website updates, landing pages, or design improvements (bonus)

Preferred Skills :

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or basic website design

Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools

Background in financial services, consulting, or B2B healthcare is a plus
