Safety Group Account Associate I

Role Definition : Reviews and processes package applications for new and renewal business and places this business with the designated and contracted company or companies for the Full Touch bank package safety group administered by IBIS by performing the following duties :

I. At the direction of the Territory Manager, work with property casualty company representatives to secure the quote and business.

II. Process new and renewal applications for submission to the appropriate carriers for commercial lines policies.

III. Files all applications.

IV. Prepares quotations, policy orders and correspondence for accounts.

V. File Chubb quotes.

VI. Processes invoicing for all policies.

VII. Provides oral and written customer service and monitors activities associated with Safety Group accounts.

VIII. Cross sells departmental products and services; refers inquiries and leads to the appropriate contact person.

IX. Coordinates with the department supervisor and / or the territory manager information on safety group premium volumes.

Required Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Required Work Experience : One to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills or traits for the position : Detail oriented, punctual, team minded, able to work with deadlines.
