7p-7a Shift Machine Operator-Coiler

Who we are looking for :

We are currently looking for a Shift Machine Operator-Coiler (7p-7a) to be based out of Byesville, OH. Reporting to the shift supervisor, the Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines / set of machines, which includes set up, operation, quality and monitoring production. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completion of necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What you'll do :

Machine Operator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Read and comprehend production Standard Work, all Safety procedures, and Maintenance instructions
• Operate and observe machinery during production
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
• Monitors and maintains production and scrap rates
• All associates must embrace and foster and environment that supports our core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence
