PAP Equipment Specialist

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing instruction on usage

Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims to ensure compliance

Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance with equipment usage

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services

Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, with one year of exact job experience

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment preferred
