SUMMARY OF POSITION :   We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is hungry to grow, driven by results, and relentless in their prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, engaging prospects, and contributing directly to company growth.  They will work together with sales leadership and marketing to identify target markets to pursue.  Prospecting efforts will be a multi-faceted approach using technology tools, email, phone call, and social media to acquire and create new opportunities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and outreach.
  • Schedule and set high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline in HubSpot .
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and meeting goals.
  • Qualify leads for sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations and represent company

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 1+ years of business development, inside sales, or similar experience (SaaS or safety / security tech preferred).
  • Experience using HubSpot as a sales tool
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech savvy, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and a relentless drive to prospect and build pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with persistence and positive attitude.
  • Digital marketing knowledge a plus.

    Compensation : Competitive Base Salary commensurate with experience & uncapped commission.

    Location : West Chester, OH (preferred). Hybrid or remote considered for the right candidate.

    Job Type : Full Time
