Director of IT Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Information Technology Strategy and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for aligning technology initiatives with business goals

Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to foster innovation and high performance

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in software delivery, with a focus on enterprise applications

At least 6 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technology teams

Proven expertise in technology management and strategic planning

Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and / or SAFe
