Our ideal candidate has experience in property maintenance areas such as diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues, equipment maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, general grounds maintenance, and minor repairs, among others. Responsibilities: • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • General maintenance • Light construction • Landscaping • Lawn mowing/lawn care • Trimming and edging grounds • Snow removal • General cleanup of grounds • Minor HVAC maintenance • Diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues • Light plumbing • Light painting and carpentry • Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager • Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs. Qualifications: • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • 2+ years of maintenance experience • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Legally permitted to work in the United States • Strong work ethic • Minimum of 1-year residential property maintenance experience • Valid driver's license with no major violations • Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment • Experience with snow plowing and related snow removal equipment • Experience with diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues • Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager • Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
