Additional Details

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60 / hour to $75 / hour (new grads $60 / hour to $65 / hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k

About UM Shore Medical Center at Easton

Average daily encounters : 114

Staffing Model :

16-20 per physician - 84 hours of physician coverage daily

12-14 per APP - 36 hours of APP coverage daily

EMR : Epic

14 physician / 8 APP provider hospitalist team

Dedicated nocturnist

Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call

Procedures not required

Open ICU

Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical / gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
