We are seeking a meticulous Supply Chain / Logistics Specialist to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Code and enter invoices into the system while adhering to company procedures.
• Perform three-way matching to verify invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
• Utilize Great Plains Accounting system or similar platforms for financial operations.
• Generate and analyze reports using Excel to support decision-making processes.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries.
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Manager and assist with team coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
