Job description

Nyansa Learning Corporation is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to work in natural environments and clinic settings with children between the ages of 15 months and 12 years of age. Individuals must be available to work late afternoon / evening hours in Orange County. New staff will receive training designed to meet the requirements for certification in order to provide high-quality services to all clients. FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE

Behavior Technician Requirements :

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Completion of high school or equivalent / higher
  • Prior experience working with children with Autism a++
  • Knowledge of ABA procedures a ++
  • Ability to speak Spanish / Vietnamese a ++

Job Description :

  • Provide behavior services with the support of supervisory staff
  • Assist in assessment procedures
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures
  • Attend scheduled sessions and training
  • Maintain ethical and professional interactions with clients and staff
