Role Description
This independent contractor position is responsible for supporting a range of sales and marketing activities and, in concert with the manager and team, assisting in the execution of tactics that drive customer awareness, acquisition, and community engagement.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and organization of training documents for employees—particularly sales teams and customer service representatives—supporting and delivering training sessions, coordinating logistics and planning for internal and external events, providing vendor management support, and maintaining consistency with brand standards across all initiatives. The coordinator also assists with the tracking, processing, and oversight of marketing-related contracts and associated invoices, ensuring they move efficiently through required steps. In addition, the coordinator provides support to the sales team by coordinating the production and distribution of promotional materials and collateral, and helps maintain organized project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
The position serves as an internal and external liaison, communicating marketing updates across departments, representing the company at community events, and engaging with vendors, customers, and partners in a professional manner.
