Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with goals. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address potential issues. Prepare detailed reports to communicate project status to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project continuity. Support the continuous improvement of processes within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Engineer should have :

  • A solid understanding of the construction industry, specifically within the commercial property sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
