Key Requirements :

• Experience in carbon steel welding, preferably in the oil and gas or subsea industry.
• Must successfully complete welding tests to perform job duties.
• Proficiency in carbon steel welding techniques, including root pass, fill pass, and cap pass welding.
• Experience with pressure welding and structural welding in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment.
• Familiarity with subsea umbilical manufacturing, pipe welding, and assembly processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in offshore conditions if required.
• Strong understanding of welding metallurgy, heat treatment, and corrosion resistance.
• Knowledge of NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) and their application to weld inspections.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
