Leasing Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing activities related to coaching leasing team, promoting apartment rentals, moves-ins, and leasing promotions. The leasing manager is also responsible for marketing and interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Functions :
- Listen intently, understand, and show empathy with residents and associates
- Adhere to all leasing responsibilities and procedures, and lead by example
- Facilitate the coordination of leasing promotions with Property Manager
- Conduct daily team meetings to review leads, availability, applications, and delegate daily tasks
- Ensure leases, files, and move-in paperwork is prepared correctly and in a timely manner
- Ensure and audit accurate information on applications
- Assist with phone traffic and scheduling tours
- Delegate the required follow ups on Rent Dynamics traffic
- Be available to conduct community tours with prospects
- Facilitate the office opening and closing procedures, and ensure they are being completed daily
- Sparkle models daily to ensure they are in perfect touring condition
