Director, Strategic Evidence

The Director, Strategic Evidence, will possess an understanding of US market access priorities, evidence generation, and proficiency in AI technologies. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your knowledge of market access dynamics, evidence needs and research methodologies to develop and drive evidence streams that are strategic, customer focused and optimize patient care decision-making processes.
The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with account directors and matrix partners to develop and support the execution of research projects that align with business priorities. You will coordinate with other team members in identifying and developing relationships with data vendors, strategic partners, and various market access segments in collaboration with account teams and market access stakeholders (HEOR, medical affairs, fHEOR). This role is central in identifying appropriate RWD sources and opportunities for patient centric initiatives.
Essential Functions of the job :
Identify access data and evidence priorities that address market dynamics, reimbursement landscapes, and regulatory environments in the life sciences sector.
Understand the current and emerging AI and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets related to market access, healthcare economics, and patient outcomes.
Design and execute evidence plans / tactics using fit for purpose data and real-world evidence (RWE) that support market access initiatives and demonstrate the value of therapies.
Supervisory Responsibilities : No direct supervision, high level of cross functional and pan-regional collaborations with internal stakeholders
Computer Skills : Standard Computer Skills

Travel : Remote US Based role, with approximately 30% travel.
Global Competencies :
Salary Range : $178,400.00 - $238,400.00 annually

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
