Primary Responsibilities :

Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.

Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Participate in external audits as well as budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Contribute to enhancements in internal controls and efficiency initiatives.

Offer support and guidance to junior members of the accounting staff.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

3-6 years of progressive accounting experience (combination of public accounting and corporate preferred).

Solid knowledge of GAAP and the month-end close process.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience strongly preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

CPA license or progress toward CPA designation is highly desirable.
