We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Tax Manager to join our team located in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will report directly to the International Tax Director and will have significant opportunities for growth and professional development. Salary : $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic advice on a diverse range of international tax matters, including transactions, M&A, and global structuring.
• Conduct thorough reviews of U.S. international information reporting forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead quantitative analysis and oversee projects related to international tax strategies and reforms.
• Drive new business development through identifying service expansion opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive international tax services for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to both federal and state tax laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of continuously evolving tax regulations and leverage this expertise in strategic planning and operations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the tax team and client needs.
