Job Description
Qualified candidates must be available to work directly for Rose International on a W2 basis. Not a corp-to-corp opportunityOnly candidates located near the Boston, MA area are to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presenceRequired Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Required Qualifications :
At least 3-5 years of working experience, ideally in web content strategy or its related disciplines, like content designFamiliarity with optimizing content for the web, information architecture, and interaction designDemonstrated strength in problem-solving and effective decision-makingAbility to work both as part of a team and independently, managing complex and simultaneous projectsExcellent oral and written communication skills to clearly convey information to upper management and clientsPreferred Technical Skills :
UX design experienceFamiliarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, and Miro are a plus, though not requiredResponsibilities :
Partner with our Marketing, Editorial and Product teams to understand the needs of our various personas within our digital ecosystemComplete site-wide content audits, understanding existing content sources and defining content gapsAssist with content mapping and information architecture recommendationsIdentify opportunities for better UX Writing to drive outcomesLeverage web analytics and other inputs to identify needed content improvementsPlan and lead workshops to define and prioritize web content needs, partnering with publishing and design to inform development of new features and content architectureBuild and maintain content migration plansOutline web pages, working closely with editorial and marketing to ensure content is optimized for webDetermine and carry out research activities, including user and stakeholder interviews, content-focused usability testing, and competitive analysesAdditional Details :
