Job descriptionPaid mentor training each week $1,200–$1,400 average weekly pay after training 1,800–2,200 weekly solo miles Direct deposit every week Full insurance package after training Rider program available after training Pet program available after training Home every two weeks for a 34-hour reset Night driving may be part of the schedule depending on customer needs Minimum age 21 120+ hour accredited CDL-A school completed Clean MVR report Able to pass DOT physical and drug test Stable work history with no major gaps Recent CDL-A grads encouraged to apply Supportive mentor environment Predictable home time No-touch freight Reliable miles after upgrade
